Christopher B. Pearman studied Political Science and Criminal Justice at Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, before settling into a career in Public Relations and Advertising. When his firstborn, Raven-Symoné, arrived in 1985, he was working in the evenings doing public relations for the nightclub industry in Atlanta. This allowed him to stay home with baby Raven, where he almost immediately discovered her natural abilities and talents. Soon after Raven announced to her parents that she wanted to be on The Cosby Show, Pearman got to work managing her career. He continued in that role for more than two decades, and now remains a multi-faceted entertainment industry player.
Christopher has produced and directed music videos, including Raven’s “Supernatural” and “Superstition” videos, as well as several short films. He has served as creative consultant for, and directed episodes of, the hit TV show That’s So Raven, Dis-ney Channel’s longest-running and highest-rated series, which starred his daughter, Raven-Symoné. He co-produced and di-rected national TV commercials for the Hasbro Toy Company. In addition, he has appeared on Live with Regis & Kathy Lee, as well as dozens of other national TV and radio spots. Christopher is the author of the eye-opening literary work, Dream So Big: A Parent’s Guide to Helping Your Child Believe and Achieve.
Christopher plays guitar and soprano sax and lives between Atlanta, Georgia and Burbank, California with his dogs, Drago and Jazz.
Empowering and infectious, Christopher makes a difference in the lives and directional goals of youth and young adults. He also helps adults as they make life changing decisions for their children. Christopher is available to speak at your next event whether through his keynotes, corporate presentations, workshops, retreats, school assemblies or individual classes.
